Perform IT Support by assisting staff and users to identify and solve hardware & software challenges by operating procedure problems by telephone, remote access, or in person.
Analyze technical requirements of customer(s) desiring to utilize hardware, software, communications, and operating procedures to perform installation and maintenance responsibilities.
Perform on-call and after-hours support as needed to maintain business continuity.
Identify areas of the business which require upgraded hardware, software, communications, and operating procedures.
Installs, adjusts, and completes minor repairs to hardware, software, and communication equipment.
Perform and prepare report generation, programming, and technical documentation.
Reference technical, online materials, and other methods to stay up to date and aware of new hardware, software, and communication solutions.
Manage external vendors for support, project management, and flawless execution of projects, fixes, upgrades, etc.
Maintain documentation for calls, technical solutions, knowledge base and other information to support long term solutions and follow-up.
Create, maintain, and implement reporting solutions based on business priorities and needs.
You Have:
Valid state motor vehicle operator's licenseAbility to work overtime as required.
Ability to travel to other locations as needed.
Associate degree (A.
A.
) from two-year college or trade school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
