Under the direction of the Location Leader, you will complete various administrative functions and will be responsible for establishing professional customer relationships.

You will find a team atmosphere committed to safety and excellent customer service, along with a stable career that offers outstanding benefits! ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Demonstrate work habits that develop, build and support the team concept within the organization.
Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries at the counter and over the phone regarding such things as statements, sales, bids, grain contracting, pricing questions, grain offers and options, historical account activity, selling, etc.
Prepare customer grain contracts, settlements, and issues grain settlement checks, as needed.
Abide with state and federal rules and regulations, monitors grain contracts to ensure compliance and make sure there is no lien on government hold.
Prepare feed orders, purchase orders, work orders to mill, invoice feed, outgoing grain and prepare/input grain transfers, lot tracking for feed ingredients, track grain movement.
Be knowledgeable with the budget process and assist location leader with achieving budget goals.
Weigh incoming and outgoing loads at scale, record grades, input scale tickets, and file tickets.
Ability to make sales & service calls, as needed.

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS Associate degree (A.
A.
) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
